At Chestnut Villa Bed and Breakfast all our rooms are en-suite save one which has its own private bathroom. Each room has a colour TV and drink-making facilities. We are only a few miles away from the A1(M) Junction 62 and only 1.2 miles from the centre of Durham and near Durham University. There is a bus stop very near and buses run every 10 minutes into Durham City Centre.  Our B&B is ideal for overnight stays, weekends, long-term and holidays. There is more than ample off-road parking for your car or small caravan.

Lots of tea or coffee plus a Full English Breakfast with bacon, eggs, tomatoes and sausage, or a Continental Breakfast with cereals, fresh fruit, toast, homemade marmalade etc: state your preferences when you send a booking email and we will try to meet your requests.  Vegetarian or Vegan breakfasts are available by prior arrangement and special diets such as celiac can be catered for, again by prior arrangement.
